What is team effectiveness?
Effective cooperation is not self-evident. Being able to recognise, appreciate and take advantage of each other’s differences is crucial the team’s success. When each team member understands themself and his or her relationship to others, this benefits the effectiveness of the entire team.
When to call upon a coach?
When you want to promote taking increased responsibility and leadership, to develop a common team objective. Growing into a self-managing team, thinking in terms of solutions rather than problems. Team coaching can be a good way to improve these elements.
