After more than 20 years of working for multinationals and smaller organizations that each had their different culture, my passion for HRM is still growing.

I understand the importance of business’s needs. I am convinced of the necessity for mechanisms that enable employers to motivate their employees and to help them achieve and maintain a balanced and healthy life.

Through different roles within HR & Talent Management, I have acquired an extensive expertise in individual and team coaching.

While leading several teams in different cultural environments, I learned to be flexible and strongly developed my management skills.
